#25 Spotify v2 importer

When using the v2 importer one playlist gives an error:

NoSuchMethodeError: The methode '[]' was called on null.
Receiver: null
Tried calling: []()

Tried a few other playlists, they work (under 100 songs) this one (over 300) does not.
