#19 Windows windowed mode

Whenever i swap from fullscreen to windowed mode (through the top right corner icon near the X), it 1. doesnt remember what windowed size it was the last time and 2. it goes to screen-size-minus-taskbar which is kinda annyoing. is that behaviour changable?
Remembering the position and size of the client should be 2 entries in an .ini file or similar to not bother.

minor information: i have 2 (sometimes 3) screens. idk if that is important.
