#4 "Server error occurred, Freezer is probably already running!" when attempting to launch Freezer PC desktop app

I keep getting "Server error occurred, Freezer is probably already running!" whenever I try to run the 1.1.17 desktop app. I've tried deleting the folder in %appdata%, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and checking to see if it is already running (I closed all Freezer processes) and it still doesn't work. Is there a fix?
